BOARDING:
We offer a cozy, kennel-free environment where we make sure your dog will feel comfortable and loved.
POLICIES
1. Health requirements: Your dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations
2. Reservations: Make a reservation a week in advance through our website to secure a spot for your dog at our boarding facility.
3. Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, but you would still be able to use the services on another day. Please contact us for more information regarding this policy.
4. Drop off and pick-up times: Within business hours.
5. Late pick-up: From Monday to Friday, late pickup will be handled the same way as our daycare policies.
Sundays, late pickup fee will be $20 per hour.
6. Food and medication: We require that you provide all of your dog's necessary food and medications, as well as a clearly detailed food and medication schedule. If necessary, you may wish to provide detailed instructions for the best way to give the medications to your dog.
7. Supervision and exercise: Supervision is provided 24 hours a day. In addition, we provide two long walks and two bathroom breaks for your dog during the day.
Please note: Dogs need to be fixed after their first birthday to avoid aggressive behaviours.
DAYCARE:
We offer a safe and stimulating environment for dogs to socialize and play while their owners are away during the day.
POLICIES

3. Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, but you would still be able to use the services on another day. Please contact us for more information regarding this policy.
4. Supervision and exercise: We provide supervised playtime and exercise for dogs in our care. This includes play areas and structured activities, such as games or interactive sessions.
5. Behavior: We will continually monitor and evaluate the behaviour of all the dogs in our care. We will inform you if your dog ever exhibits aggressive behaviour. After three "strikes" (warnings), your dog will be suspended from daycare. Family Pooch reserves the right to suspend any dogs we feel are a threat to other dogs or people.
6. Drop off times: From 7:30 am to 2:00 pm
7. Pick-up times: Latest 6:30 pm
8. Late pick-up: After business hours $20 per hour.
